Horizontal mats
Prepared support and a continuous route. Vertical reinforcement and arbitrary obstacle avoidance are not claimed.
Movement along the mesh and sequential rebar tying.
The robot is intended for prepared horizontal mats. Before startup, agree bar diameters, spacing and an accessible work area.
A project estimate needs reinforcement drawings, tying volume and labour cost. Output and downtime are measured during trials.
Site operation requires physical testing and safety approval. Mat preparation and tie acceptance remain with the site team.
The area is selected from drawings and a site review. A pilot decision follows bench qualification.
Prepared support and a continuous route. Vertical reinforcement and arbitrary obstacle avoidance are not claimed.
Diameters used in the R25-048 simulation at 200 mm spacing. Simulation conditions, not a certified tying range.
25 mm is a design target. Required clearance must be checked with the exact tying tool, bar diameters and mat deflection before site qualification.
Flexible mats, ribbing, protruding wire, edges and combined movements require dedicated tests.
Every starting value is an editable assumption. These are not UAE market prices, a quotation or measured CTN BOT performance.
Accepted output = gross output × uptime × acceptance. Robot hours = scope / accepted output + setup. Costs include operator, maintenance, energy, depreciation, consumables for all attempts and mobilisation. Manual labour uses accepted output per person. Break-even exists only if robot variable cost is lower. Add tax, financing and unmodelled risks to other costs. Robot hours are not the calendar duration of a complete crew.
We invite a technical partner to prepare a pilot. Site testing starts only after bench qualification and safety agreement.
Drawings and a representative area, diameters and spacing, tie requirements, actual labour costs, schedule and lead engineer contact.
Technical review, configuration and measurement protocol. A segregated area, verified STOP, trained operator and contractor approval before startup.
Cost per accepted tie, rejection rate, output, downtime, setup time and HSE observations. A joint report and a continue, refine or stop decision.
